Luis Suarez set to debut against Real Madrid in El Clasico
Luis Suarez selected to play first Barcelona match in El Clasico against Real Madrid at Santiago Bernabéu, boss Luis Enrique confirmed Friday. The Uruguayan is expected to start first game for Barcelona after serving four-month ban for biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup.
According to Barcelona manager Luis Enrique, “He will have some minutes for sure,” but refused to reveal how many minutes will be given to the former Liverpool striker.
Earlier Neymar also told to the reporters, “The three of us will be able to do a lot together. Leo is the best in the world and if you add Suarez to that, then we will be able to do big things for Barca. Suarez is working very hard and he will do big things,” but it will be a very tough assignment for Luis Enrique to form the team with Suarez against Real Madrid.
Earlier this summer the striker, bought from Liverpool for a reported £65 deal. But the inclusion of Luis Suarez has no impact on Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti as he said, “I am not here to Judge Luis Suarez. He has scored a lot of goals, but it doesn’t change our tactics,” said the Italian. I think for football it is good news that Suarez can play in this league.”
He also said, “Naturally I have a lot of respect for Suarez’s quality, but if Suarez plays or not doesn’t change their idea of how to play the game and doesn’t change ours either.”
The match will be played on 25th October at Santiago Bernabéu where Luis Suarez set to debut against Real Madrid.
