Cresswell signed a five-year contract with Premier League side West Ham United on 3^rd July 2014 for an estimated transfer fee of £3.75 million plus several add-ons. Cresswell scored his first goal for West Ham in a league match against Newcastle United at the Boleyn Ground on 29^th November 2014.
