Cristiano Ronaldo showing form from his 2006-07 season

Back in the 2005-06, he was just over 20 years old of age, and the young player was still under the guidance and training of one of the greatest football managers of all-time Sir Alex Ferguson. Ronaldo closed the English Premier League’s first round with nothing but one goal. This was his third season at the English Premier League, having played in 33 games. He made 12 goals in that season, his first double-digit achievement with the club. The next season, he went on to amass 23 goals, and since then, he has never gone below a score (20) of goals in any season, until 2017-18.

Ronaldo has mostly gone uphill in his career, with the highest number of goals being scored in 2014-15, when he made 61 goals! Aside from that, he has scored 40s and 50s of goals in different seasons. Unfortunately, at 32 years of age, he has reminded the world of his form in his early 20’s, when he barely managed to scrape only 12 goals. Since the 2005-06 season, he has amassed large numbers of goals. In this season, he has scored 9 Champions League goals, and only 4 La Liga goals, besides making 3 goals in the other competitions.

Cristiano Ronaldo is definitely not in his good form

The league has proven to be quite unfortunate for the most successful player of Real Madrid. If this has any connection to the rumours displeasure that Ronaldo felt with his team at the beginning of the season because of the lack of support that the team showed during his tax fraudulence allegations. Since then, there have been many talks about Ronaldo wanting to leave the team, and once again, rumours have come up that his agent, Jose Mendes, is in talks with PSG to have the player transferred from Real. The club itself is having a bad time this season, sitting in the 4th place on the La Liga table.
