Eibar started their La Liga 2017-18 season’s journey against Malaga. Both the team started pretty well but sadly Eibar got the first yellow card for Charles due to a handball in the 3rd minute of the game. In the second half, Charles got the only goal of the match for Eibar by a great header from a marvelous cross by José Ángel in the 57th minute of the game. Malaga failed to score any equalizer thus ending the match in favor of Eibar with 1-0 score.

Eibar started the match against Athletic quite aggressively and their player Kike García was shown a yellow card for a bad foul in the 25th minute of the match. Athletic’s Aritz Aduriz then got the score for his team by a brilliant header from a cross by Iñaki Williams in the 38th minute. Eibar made some changes in the squad in the second half replacing Takashi Inui with Sergi Enrich and then Cristian Rivera replaced Garcia. Wissam Ben Yedder then scored the second goal for Sevilla with a brilliant strike in the 76th minute. Nolito then scored the third and the final goal for the team in the extra time of the first half. The match remained 3-0 in favor of Sevilla.
