English Striker Harry Kane plays for the Premier League team Tottenham Hotspur besides appearing regularly in the England national football team. He was introduced to football and started playing for the local club Ridgeway Rovers in a very early age, followed by joining the youth academy of Arsenal at the age of just eight. While being released by Arsenal after one season, Kane had an unsuccessful trial at Tottenham Hotspur. He then joined Watford academy in 2004 for a four to six-week trial after which he again tried for the Tottenham. Kane started his spurs career as a holding midfielder and later played as an attacking midfielder. He was noted for his desire to improve various aspects of his style of play in his early days of the Spurs. Harry Kane participated in the Copa Chivas tournament and the Bellinzona tournament as a member of the under-16 squad in season 2008–09. Harry Kane was inducted in the England under-17 squad for the first time in January 2010 for the Algarve Tournament in Portugal, and promoted to the under-19s a few months later. He got his first score for the under-19 on 8th October 2010 against Albania. He was named for the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup squad of England on 28th May 2013 and made his debut against Uruguay on 16th June. Kane then made his debut for the under-21 side of England on 13th August 2013 against Scotland.
