English forward Marcus Rashford plays for the Premier League club Manchester United besides participating in the England football team on a regular basis. A product of Manchester’s youth academy, Rushford, made a buzz in the football world after he scored goals in both of his debut occasion. He scored in his Manchester United’s first-team debut in a UEFA Europa League match and also scored in his first Premier League match for the club against Arsenal in February 2016.

Besides scoring goal in his debut match for the Manchester United, Rashford also scored in his first Manchester derby, first League Cup match and his debut UEFA Champions League match, which is a record by itself. He also became the youngest English footballer to score in his first international match on his England debut in May 2016. After his amazing performance, he was also inducted in the first team of UEFA Euro 2016.
Born in Wythenshawe, Manchester, Rashford is of Saint Kitts and Nevis descent. He started his football journey in his childhood days while playing for the Fletcher Moss Rangers at the age of just five. He then joined the youth academy system of EPL club Manchester United at the age of just seven.
Rashford was first named among the Manchester United’s first-team bench for an EPL match against Watford on 21st November 2015. He made his debut for the club in a UEFA Europa League ‘round of 32’ match against Midtjylland on 25th February 2016. Rashford scored twice in his debut match and became Manchester United’s youngest player ever to score in European competition. He then again scored twice in his English Premier League debut against Arsenal on 29th. Marcus Rashford became the youngest footballer ever to score in a Manchester derby at the age of just 18 years and 141 days. He signed a contract extension for his amazing performance in season 2015-16 on 30th May 2016 which will keep him at the club till 2020.
After scoring 8 goals in 18 appearances in his debut season, Rashford won the Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year award. He also became the runner-up to Portugal’s Renato Sanches for being the best European player under the age of 21 in the Golden Boy award on 24th October. Rashford was moved from forward to wing in the Red Devils team after the signing of Zlatan Ibrahimović. But despite of the position change, he scored in his UEFA Champions League debut against Basel on 12th September.
Rashford made his England senior team debut in a warm-up match against Australia on 27th May 2017 and scored the opening goal at the Stadium of Light. He became the youngest English footballer to score on the international debut and the third youngest worldwide after he scored against Australia. He made his first competitive debut for the England team on 16th June 2017 against Wales in UEFA Euro 2016 at the age of just 18 years and 229 days, thus becoming the youngest footballer ever to play for the English team at the European Championships. Rashford scored his first competitive goal in a 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification match against Slovakia on 4th September 2017.
Media went crazy after they spotted Rashford leaving Manchester’s Bem Brasil bar and restaurant with a gorgeous girl in August 2016. Later it was clear that he didn’t have a serious relationship with that girl who is there is the social media as “Lucia Loi”. Marcus Rashford then again spotted with Courtney Morrison when he took her out for a meal in Morecambe in May 2017 right after he made his international debut against Australia. In an interview with the media after that incident, Courtney stated that she’s been seeing the Manchester teen for the past few months.
Marcus Rashford’s net worth witnessed a hike of 50% over the last few years. His total net worth is estimated to be around $85 million which includes $12 million worth of annual salary. Besides his salary, Rashford also has $42 million worth of personal investments and has 8 luxury cars in his garage worth $2 million in total which includes the new Range Rover luxury car which he bought recently for $215,000. He recently bought a luxury house in Manchester which costs him around $4 Million.
Rushford played one of the key roles of Manchester United’s success thought the last few years. He helped his club to win the FA Cup in season 2015–16, EFL Cup in season 2016–17, FA Community Shield in 2016 and the UEFA Europa League in 2016–17 season. Besides the success of Red Devils, Rushford also received Jimmy Murphy Young Player of the Year for his amazing performance in season 2015–16.
