Spanish footballer Víctor Machín Pérez, famously known as Vitolo, currently plays as the left-winger for the La Liga side Atlético Madrid. Besides, he also plays for the Spanish national football team since 2015. He started his football journey with the youth academy system of Las Palmas and achieved his promotion to the reserve team in 2008. After playing two seasons for the reserve team, he earned his place in the first squad of the club in 2010. He started his footballing journey while playing with the native boys in Gran Canaria Island during his early childhood. Vitolo signed a four-year contract with La Liga side Sevilla FC on 28^th June 2013. He made his debut for the club in a La Liga match against Atlético Madrid on 18^th August 2013. He then scored his first competitive goal for Sevilla against RCD Espanyol on 10^th November 2013. During the 2013-14 season, he played a total of 45 matches for the club while scoring 8 goals. He also netted 4 times in 16 matches of the UEFA Europa League campaign of Sevilla that season and helped his club to achieve the European title.
